Battles Trace at The Colony – Nestled among mature oaks you’ll find this exquisite neighborhood with higher end properties.  Homes are priced in the $700’s.

Dominion Farms – This well-appointed neighborhood is located in the southern section of Fairhope and offers large floor plans and estate sized lots. 

Fairhope Falls – New subdivision with community pool, playground, and access to Fish River.  Homes are priced in the mid to high $200’s with an average price per foot of $126.

Firethorne – Here’s a very popular neighborhood that offers brand new and almost homes in the $300k to $400’s price range.  3, 4, and 5 bedroom options are available.

Fruit & Nut District – This area is one of the most desirable in the entire county since it’s located so near to Downtown Fairhope and Mobile Bay.  Most of the homes here are older but have been remodeled or kept up nicely.  This is a sought out neighborhood.

Lakewood Club Estates – What a prestigious and exquisite community.  You’ll find large homes on over-sized, wooded lots on the pristine Lakewood Golf Club.

Old Battles Village – An attractive neighborhood with brand new and fairly new homes that is located near both Fairhope High School and Lakewood Golf Club. 4 and 5 bedroom Craftsman style homes priced at around $144 per square foot.

Point Clear – Living in Point Clear will give you a very prestigious address that offers great views of Mobile Bay, big square feet, or both.

Quail Creek Estates – This neighborhood is a pleasant community and sits on a very popular golf course (Quail Creek Golf Course).  You’ll find homes from around $275,000 to $375,000.

Rock Creek – If you love living in a beautiful home in a very attractive neighborhood, you will love Rock Creek.  Rock Creek also offers one of the finest golf courses in the area.  Homes range from around 2,000 square feet to nearly 8,000 square feet with an average price per square foot of $140.
