Ridgely Manor

Located in the northwest section of Virginia Beach off of Wesleyan Drive, Ridgely Manor is a newer neighborhood established in 2005.  This is a very large "all-condo" community featuring both attached and detached style living. Ridgely Manor, offering 5 different villages of different floor plans, covers 112 acres flanked by Lake Smith and Cypress Point Golf Course.  The developer, Dragas, describes the community as a peaceful slice of nature in a bustling metro area.  The neighborhood definitely has a sensitivity to nature offering it's residents a lakeside pavilion, nature trails, and woodland preservation habitat.  Within just minutes from both I-264 and I-64, home owners can enjoy easy access to all areas of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, providing great opportunities for shopping and "things to do".  Nearby attractions include Pembroke Mall, the Virginia Beach Town Center, Seashore State Park, numerous strip malls and restaurants.

At last check, there were 33 homes for sale in Ridgely Manor, ranging in price from $164,900 to $1,800,000.  All of the properties are condos with a totaly monthly fee of $162.  This area is unique from other condominium complexes in Virginia Beach due to the fact that you can find both attached and detached condos here. Within the 5 different villages, potential home owners can expect to find numerous floor plans to best suit their interest.  The smaller homes in Ridgely Manor are about 1,300 square feet and for the big spenders, you should be able to find homes over 5,000 square feet.  Even though the neighorhood is large, there does seem to be a small community feel amongst the residents.
