If you're considering a move to Newport News or York County, Kiln Creek offers options for just about everyone. This is a very large neighborhood with about 30 sub-communities containing townhomes, condos, and detached single family homes. The neighborhood is planned around Kiln Creek Golf Course and is located off of Jefferson Avenue in close proximity to Interstate 64 and the Newport News International Airport. An interesting fact about Kiln Creek is that part is located in the city of Newport News, Va. and the other falls into York County.

Located on over 1,200 treed acres, the majority of the homes were built in the early 1990's and provide home owners with a pleasant living experience.
