Crystal Lake Estates

Crystal Lake Estates is a small community in Portsmouth located off of I-264 on a beautiful body of water called Crystal Lake (imagine that…).  There’s a quiet atmosphere here with many retired residents calling Crystal Lake home.  All of the homes were custom built and most are well over 3000 square feet.  Even though most of the homes were built in the late 80’s and early 90’s, the overall styles reflect elegance and a contemporary design.  After further research, I found that once residents move in to this lavish neighborhood, they don’t like to leave.  There was a home that sold last August but currently there are no homes on the market.  That property was 4400 square feet and sold for $595,000.  Please feel free to contact me if you have an interest in Crystal Lake or any other neighborhood in Portsmouth.  I’d be happy to assist you in any way that I can.
